We do not offer returns on any orders. Once your order is confirmed, all sales are final.
If you need to cancel your order, you may request a cancellation within 5 days of purchase. All requests will be reviewed in accordance with our policy. Once your item has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
Damages & Refunds
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us at admin@otahse.com within 48 hours. We will assess the situation and determine if a refund or replacement is appropriate.
To protect against fraudulent claims, we may require:
Clear photos/videos of the shipping box and all its contents
Evidence of the packaging condition at arrival
Proof that the damage occurred in transit, not after delivery
If your claim is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
